I need some clarification with regard to this "backlog" issue.
To me, backlog typically refers to signed Orders and Contracts that still need to be fulfilled and or shipped. Market potential is not backlog.
Are these orders EFL "could" fulfill if their capacity allowed? Mississauga isn't outputting very much. They just retooled some of the line but so far, revs don't seem to indicate any kind of real volume production. Miss. must be able to output much more than we've been seeing.
Still no final word on the T.O. Hydro container. Has it been put into service or still being tested in shop?
