Agreed. They need to do more than just announce parts contracts from their new subsidiary though. They have demonstrate that they are moving forward on some actual EFL contracts.

The SP will continue to flounder unless they are able to give it another jolt. A contract to provide cells or chemistry to someone like Deutche Accumotive or (to a lesser degree) Leclanche would be a huge jumping off point.
