Question :

Why would Daimler switch to an Asian manufacturer with inferior electrode products? Especially in light of the claims their Separion has never had an issue with Mercedes and appears to be the best in the industry. Doesn't make sense to downgrade such a critical piece of the EV.

Even if they switch to a cheaper Asian manu, I would think they would still need to demand Separion as part of that battery. Make sense ???

If not, they risk having the same issues other EV's have had. Would they want that to happen?
