The question is, how long ago did something happen?

Hart sold a bunch of shs approx 1 yr ago but seems to have keep some. I tried to email him near that time with no reply. Last conference call for Q2 he was not present and they explained it as he was travelling. Could it be he was travelling out the door and they've kept it quiet?

I know of a case an EFL salesman was looking for another job because he didn't feel there was much future at EFL the way things were. BUT, that was 6 mths or so ago, at the darkest period when they looked to be running out of cash.

Could Hart have decided to run at that time also. Not believing EFL could pull off the acquisition either. Because without it, there really isn't much future.

In any case, he may not even have the ability to manage the operations in Canada and the EU. Then to perhaps initiate a Nasdaq listing should things go even remotely as they hope. If so, he would understand they need more experience.
