Message: Energy absolute

Sincereseeker has asked for clarification of the connection between Electrovaya and Energy absolute. I think this would be a good time to recap. It all started with the contract between Litarion and Amita technologies. https://tw.finance.yahoo.com/news_content/name/%E8%88%88%E6%AB%83-%E6%9C%89%E9%87%8F-5233-%E8%88%87%E5%BE%B7%E5%95%86litarion-gmbh%E7%B0%BD%E8%A8%82%E9%8B%B0%E9%9B%A2%E5%AD%90%E9%9B%BB%E6%B1%A0oem%E4%BB%A3%E5%B7%A5%E5%90%88%E7%B4%84-010436890.html  . So no question there is a contract between Amita and Litarion. Here is another, note it states "technology will then be usedby OEM OEM production, expand the scale of operations". The first translation above translates "the amount of technology will be OEM OEM production, expansion large battery production scale and upgrade technology to enter the market". http://www.microsofttranslator.com/bv.aspx?ref=IE8Activity&a=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.investtw.net%2F%3Fc%3Dnews%26uid%3D134786   This presentation showed the relationship between the companies.  http://www.dcs-digital.com/setweb/downloads/2559q3/20161202_ea.pdf    But here is something interesting, I posted this on stockhouse on Dec. 19 and you will note I allude to information on page 48 regarding a direct link between Litarion and Energy absolute where they spoke about using Litarion's technology for energy storage and EV's. Now the presentation is only 44 pages and some of the specific information about Litarion is missing. Here is more information I posted here.  https://agoracom.com/ir/Electrovaya/forums/discussion/topics/687257-energy-absolute/messages/2142038#message   On page 36 of their 2016 annual report under "battery business" it states "Investing in foreign company engaging in the business of developing and manufacturing battery (lithium-ion polymer battery)" and under that it states "Under operations of Amita technologies Inc." This clarifies two things, one is that it is a foreign company they are invested in (Amita is not foreign) and two that it is not Amita's technology but it is under their operations.
