I asked both the OSC and IIROC about that and believe it or not Neither organization could clearly answer that question. The problem they say is that they have juristiction over companies in Ontario and if the news involves Litarion they are apparently not obligated to announce anything because the company is in Germany. OSC told me if they made an announcement in Germany or Taiwan or wherever and named Electrovaya in the release then they would be obligated to release it here also. I asked this last year when I found the announcement in the Taiwan press about the deal with Amita Technologies.
