Well it looks to me the automotive manufacturers in Germany & Europe did not want to participate in TerraE. It seems they want to do their thing. Now the European Union seems to be trying to pull an "Air Bus" for lithium batteries in Europe. It seems they are not happy buying cells from Korea. Anyway it looks like it would run in parallel with TerraE.
