When was the battery Forum last year Feb or March?   Last year they had a big discussion about the need for Lithium Ion cell production in Germany.  This upcoming Battery show I believe they will announce the new battery plant construction if it has not already been announced.  Last years battery Forum was very well scripted and everyone on the panel was in some way associated with TerraE or Giga-Lib.

Speaking of Giga-Lib, That project ended March 31, 2017.  The project report is due out soon.
