"f) Accommodation

In November, 2017, the amount drawn under the $6 million revolving working capital facility exceeded the amount available under the loan agreement. The bank and the Company entered into an accommodation agreement whereby the Company could draw up to $5 million as an overdraft facility not subject to 90% of EDC insured accounts receivable and 60% of inventory test. In exchange, the Company provided a third mortgage on land and buildings at 2645 Royal Windsor Drive of Cdn $ 4 million charge to the bank. The accommodation agreement is for an indefinite time period but may be withdrawn at any time by the bank."
