I would hope they have a strategy throughout all this. If there is tremendous growth on the horizon, they need to get the price up, keep it up and finance for the needed capital with as little dilution as possible. They also need an increased price with stability for any possibility of a Nasdaq listing.

That would suggest some great news to get ball rolling and increase the SP. Followed by solid PO's to maintain it. Hopefully, they have enaged the right people to manage the strategy.

They need to get back to the $3-4.00 level before even dreaming of pie in the sky $8 numbers. "If" they can even get there. The failure and removal of the 2021 rev guidance of $26mil has already got the market on alert. Let alone the last 10 yrs of hopium.

The math is pretty simple, perform and you will be rewarded.
