About the 1:2 Prosser. I have mixed feelings. In the majority of cases it's done to give appearance of reduced share count so they can continue to issue more shs and financing. Over time, the SP continues to drift lower and eventually gets back to the same price, or lower, than before the reverse consolidation. Probably a lot of shorting to with it

I think there might be a miscommunication here.  What I said was if you now have 100 shares of EFL and they split into two companies and you would end up with 200 shares.  100 shares in each company, essentially a 2 for 1.

  Yes the price would sag initially but they should soon grow out of it and price appreciate some.
