IMO, We don't generally track market  This is the Brokers changing seats  some unloading, other's accumulating  Regardless of market, this news should put us up 10-20%  

And again, there is a holding period after a financing. You can't sell 2 weeks after. I've been looking for the document but don't know why I can't find it  not on Sedar  I'll maybe check the OSC later

Find the financing document and it will tell you the wait period. Usually, at least 3 months
