Looking at Level II there are pretty much NO buyers or sellers. Only orders look to be MM painting a picture and filling in a blank order book. No pre-market or after market trades. So much for needing Nasdaq for all those American Investors 

I find it hard to believe there are no retail holders putting in limit orders these days especially since ELVA performance and future is more promising than ever. Nadda. Where are they?

and our MM is the one on the sell side walking it down week after week. Just wonderful.
