In about 2015 Electrovaya bought a battery plant in Germany that used the old NMP (liquid) process. It was environmentally troubling and Hi cost of operation. Electrovaya was going to change out the process for the one they had invented (developed). Things did not go just right and Germany would not give Electrovaya the construction money. Also the customer discontinued the purchase of the hi cost cells. So no money and no customer the Plant went bankrupt.

So now we are here today with Jamestown being built with the Environmentally safe LOWER cost of production process. Watch the linked video and see how much lower the cost of manufacturing will be.
