OK on the NY JV.   That energy storage will start in the US and then move to Japan.  I have been thinking that when Jamestown cranks up and starts making the seperator and Cathodes that the Japanese Toll manufacturer will be left without a customer.  Electrovaya hired a person to make business arrangements for them in Japan.  For the toll manufacturer all that they would need to add is the cell assembly line to have a complete factory making the best cells on the market.  And a supply house already with infinity customers in Japan.  Electrovaya holds all the patents so I see a JV in the making there also.  Looks like things are starting to move nicely for Electrovaya. 

With a Japanese factory all the products could be made there including energy storage.
