I think the deal is that a lot of OEMs are coming out with electrified equipment where they used to sell internal combustion engined equipment.  Switching brands of electric batteries and switching from ice to EV usually requires a rework shop.  And is not at all profitable.  Electrovaya won't do it unless they can make a profit.
