AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Sincerely,

George et al

Message: Dry skin is a type of skin that needs extra care

Contrary to what many of us believe, dry skin is not always synonymous with unhealthy. Dry skin is a type of skin that needs extra care and moisturization, but it is still healthy skin. However, if your skin is excessively dry, you may have an underlying condition. So the question is: what is the cause of dry skin? 1. Derma Correct age As we age, our skin becomes thinner and drier due to hormonal changes.  1 In the absence of a time machine, making sure to get it in the morning and at night is helpful.    You may want to try a moisturizer that has hyaluronic acid, a substance that is naturally produced by the body and is used to retain water on the skin. Over time, our natural levels of hyaluronic acid decrease, so moisturizers with this ingredient are an interesting option.

2 Try Cetaphil Moisturizing Facial Lotion with Hyaluronic Acid or Night Cream with Hyaluronic Acid. When hydrating your face, be sure to hydrate your neck, too. Although a separate product is not necessary for this area (your facial moisturizer is sufficient), it is important to keep the neck hydrated to prevent lines and wrinkles that are more visible on dry skin as you age. 2. The weather If you live in a dry climate area, the humidity levels of your skin can be affected. To counteract it, wear loose clothing and natural materials, and consider using a humidifier in your room or in other areas of your home where you spend a lot of time; This will add moisture to the air and help calm dehydrated skin.
