I applaude everyone who has filed a "NO" Vote regarding the merger, and if we do this right hopefully we will prevail. In regard to the tabulation of all who have said "NO" would it also be beneficial to also keep track of who filled in the upcoming proxy so that we have a firm leg to stand on if the fight continues. I'm certain it would be prudent to be able to say that "WE" had XXX number of no votes that would have shot this deal down so how was it approved.
