How in the world do you see a bid of 500,000 shares and 1,000,000 shares at .205 as "locking the price"? I see it as if you're willing to sell at this number there is a ready, willing and able buyer. Just look at "All trades" that JS does each day - specifically yesterday. BTW there was a bid for 1,000,000 Friday, yeserday there were 2 - the first one got filled - and today one.

And how in the world did you stretch offers to buy large quantities at .205 to "another issue of shares or in the way of options granted to management ?" Personally, I'd like to know what they know so I can put it on a home equity loan to raise cash and buy more myself.
