>Notice there are two timelines, one on page 5, and the other on page 6. They conflict with each other.

Just to add to my previous post, this is what Zoltan Adott, VP of MOL Exploration, had to say about the timelines on page 5 and 6. The conference call was in Hungarian, so the transcript I have has been translated, and some of it isn't very clear.

--------------------------------

Regarding the page 5, you can see the same kind of sequence of events in a graphical illustration. So you see that the [two] see four-year exploration program including appraisals is a key part of the program, which will really dictate whether the feasibility of future production can be established. Then a development pilot will test a certain amount of wells in order to put even more certainty until the large-scale development program can be carried out.

Now, page 6 illustrates the two separate sets of agreements for the West area and the East area. However, of course, [if we have] an integrated (inaudible) program and project joining together the two parts of the Basin. But given the fact of already started operations by Falcon in the Eastern area, of course in that area it will start with testings. In our area it will be another area where (inaudible) in the West by building and testing our operations, and then appraisal and piloting stages will happen before [true] development and production.

It's very important both for Exxon and MOL there are very clear exit points at the key stages of the operation. I.e., that the risks, of course, and mitigation of the risks can happen in different stages, depending on the maturity of the program.
