I don't know. They only solicited people to vote, not which way to vote. I am not clear, though, whether non-submission of a proxy will be applied as a FOR vote or whether it is just not voted. Either way, it is either neutral or pro-management. It is possible that, as a rule, merely soliciting proxies results in more proxies being submitted, and of those more proxies voting for resolutions.
