I could strike a defense based on facts only in a courtroom and probably win :) Like actual documented test results from drilling that for now proves only that the Falcon ownes wells are non-productive.

Unfortunately, if you were a lawyer in court your comments would be argued "objection your honor. My Soly's statements are nothing more than hearsay and personnel speculation at this point in time. And the judge would say "Sustained."

Like I said before, I hope you/we win! I, Eddie, and everyone wants this to pay off big!!
But don't ridicule anyone hear for simply stating the facts of the case as we know them.

And don't forget my past post where I was asked to defend my statement on why I thought XTO was in part purchased to assist in Mako. And I also remember an article or two posted from publications that mirrored my viewpoint on the merger shortly after.
