I am fairly sure that this deal with the Orient and Leisuo groups from China did not go through, but the portion that Burlingame and Solitor Holdings committed to - did complete. Soly will know the details better than I do, but Burlingame and Solitor have been our longest and strongest supporters for the longest period of time, and giving those two an extension for six months is just good business in my view.

It would have been a little better if the JV could be announced before April 8th and then there would have been no need for any extension, and no added downward pressure on the stock price in TO, and London!
