Are you by yourself on this forum now? I was looking at the Falcon Web Site this morning, where I discovered the Proxy notices and Agenda for the September 2017 meeting of shareholders. The odd thing, is that I don't see comments or news releases on any of the message boards. How about you? Any insights? I for one am voting no on the sharebase compensation. This form of compensation on an unending delay becomes very costly and diluting. Not that my votes will matter, they'll just do it anyway.
