Nothing about the IPO? I expect a Prospectus to be issued soon concerning the proposed IPO. How many shares there are outstanding at this time in Magpie Mines Inc? Sheridan, Fancamp and the individuals Group (Smith-De Quadros-Kamaleddind?) will be diluted to what extent? 50%? It all depends on the actual value attributed to Magpie... No warrants means more difficult to sell the PP. Will the PP close as expected? Action is growing, good to see! GLTA. BaBe.
