Shareholder's meetings (from SEDAR) was NR Oct. 31, 2014 when only  39,778,890  shares were voted of the 138,909,236 issued and outstanding shares at the record date were voted at the meeting. 


 NR Nov. 23, 2015  A total of 49,915,669 shares of Fancamp’s 148,909,236 issued and outstanding shares at the record date were voted at the meeting.
 

NR Nov 4, 2016  23.9% of the outstanding shares were voted (36,250,372), with 94.7% of those, voting in favour of management. 

Looks pretty dim doesn't it, when nobody gives a darn about voting.
