AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Have a great Sunday, especially those of you like me that are celebrating Orthodox Easter ... As well as those of you who are also like me and mourning another Maple Leafs Game 7 exit ... Ugggh!

Sincerely,

George et al

What I would like to see is CIA make an offer ... maybe 1 share CIA for 10 FNC based on $1.50 SP of CIA, giving FNC a share value of $0.15

CIA would need to buy the remaining 130,000,000 sh of FNC (they currently hold 20,000,000 sh) ... approx cost, I realize no cost as share swap, but the numbers  would be approx. $19,500,000 less the 10,200,000 sh of CIA currently held by FNC that they could cancel, $15,300,000 = $4,200,000 + about $1,000,000 to pay off the Directors of FNC less the NSR on Fire Lake North, value $, the Lamelee prop value ?,  plus they would have lots of other goodies they could dump to reduce their overall cost/share swap.

Big win for CIA.

Just thoughts. Pie in the sky?

Terry
