I believe this is the canadian company referenced in the new Breakaway Investor news letter...recent shareholder challenge...major gas Algeria.....partner with Algerian gov oil/gas company....under $3....etc....and a LNG facility planned....with a BIG $ future....and likely takeover....possible by a Russian oil giant....anyone agree?
