has been optioned to azincourt(aaz)......aaz can earn 50% by paying 4.75 mill in cash and spending 12.5 mill over a 5 year period......in the event something is found and is brought to production then there is a 2% royalty due to fission..

i think this is a good deal for for fis.......not having to spend on anything but the pls property....pls is the sweet find that has enticed others to risk $.........and we get 4.75 mill for additional drilling without any further dilution....

dilution?.......i was just thinking this is the most favorable time in the history of fis to do a consolidation in order to bring it in allignment with amw price.....i would expect minimal hammering of the share price post consolidation....it does not matter now but at some time in the future when you have to go to the banksters and speculators for additional funding dilution is easier to accept when you are issuing new shares at 3 bucks instead if 0.35
