Good morning, Crowlee. When you click on any members avatar and scroll down below the "biography, video, etc." section, you should see the following:

You don't need to click on anything. The contact form is either open or closed. If it is open (as yours is), you simply fill in a subject and message and hit send. There is no "contact" button that you need to click, as you refer to above.

Is there a chance you are seeing the word "contact" and clicking on it -- but not scrolling down just a tad farther to see the form?
