Good morning, 1step and thanks for your question. Just an FYI that this forum is for HUB Leaders only. As they are the voice of AGORACOM on all of the free HUBS we need to keep this space dedicated to them. Thanks for your understanding.
Having said that, a few people have mentioned the counter issue before. It is on our list but not a high priority yet due to pre-scheduled upgrades.
