From what I hear, the company only found out yesterday that they were going to be CTOed. They hoped they would get some benefit for the difficult circumstances but apparently, the TSX does not do any extentions anymore.

The MD&A and financials are set to all be submitted tomorrow. The 2 week suspension may not be as certain as I first heard. The TSX, at it's discretion can lift it when they see fit so hopefully with all the documentation in place tomorrow, the TSX can act swiftly here...there is a first for everything they say!
