Good post CJR. The letter seems inexperienced but somehow sincere, at least to me. But, being in as a stuckholder, am somewhat partial/hopeful. Hope not a good thing for stock investing.
You are correct that a halt, or actually a Temporary Suspension - which is worse, only happens when something is seriously messed up. Nothing "temporary" about it as four days of inactivity in trading and off to the Greys it goes. Land of the stockholders, er stuckholders, nightmare.
SEC is cracking down on the pinkies, especially ones manufacturing shares and pumping to sell them to use to fund their extravagant lifestyle. Whether GTGP is in the same boat, time will tell.
DD did not reveal this guy being associated with another P&D, or wrong doing, or association with any company that was suspicious, etc. Biggest plus, at this time, is that there was no share dumping by the CEO during the sp rise, which was verified by the transfer agent.
