Ok, so MSE has an owner, Jim Fallacaro. It is listed as such on their web site.

There is no disclosure as to how GTGP benefits from the MSE acquisition.

In the recent "Shareholder Update" PR, Fallacaro stated, "...I own zero shares in Global...," which is interesting. Another note in the same PR, "I also discussed with them the reason why the company shares were put into Corinne's name as opposed to mine.," implies that his wife is owner of GTGP.

If Fallacaro owns zero GTGP shares, then he does not own GTHI, and by extension does not own MSE. Yet the MSE web site shows Fallacaro as owner. Ok, so he is CEO of GTGP and GTHI, and by extension should be CEO or president of MSE. So, it would make sense that since Ms. Fallacaro owns GTGP, and by extension GTHI, then Corinne owns MSE and should be noted as "owner" on the MSE site.

Something fishy going on. Without disclosure it is all a guessing game.
