NOON: James Fallacaro, the guy who attempted to buy MSE with no money - has popped up in again at the south end of Harrison Avenue next to MSE property - perhaps sort of a "birds of a feather" problem. He has formed a Montana company in his own name, which is OK of course, with some Butte folks working for him - 3 or 4 - which is fine too if he will meet their payroll - which he couldn't do at MSE - which queered the deal there. But he is a huckster - pushing a technology to capture mercury from industrial smoke - a technology which has responsibly been studied by scientists across the country who are agreed that the process works fine in small studies on the lab bench - but cannot be effectively applied to large industrial situations - it just doesn't work in those smokestack situations..

But there is another issue with the Fallacaro crowd: They incessantly beat on Butte - and the Butte Updater - they are crude and genuinely stupid in their analysis of the Butte setting - calling our citizens some sort of hicks and "goat ropers" in an obscene and crude way. They are stockholders in Fallacaro's scheme - and they are "pumpers" who are paid to push baloney "penny stocks". That "pumping" occurs 24 hours a day - and genuinely irrelevant to Butte people unless you are suppliers to the Fallacaro Butte operations - where you better get paid Cash on Delivery - and think several times on investing in his phony schemes. It is a reasonable bet that the government is going to shut down this crowd - the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) has taken steps in that direction by de-listing the national company from the major exchanges. Just be careful if you are dealing with this bunch on money matters. Butte has been subject to "raiders" for a 125 years - this group is just the current version.

GTGP needs fins filed. Strongly suggest waiting for GTGP's 8K announcing accountant/auditor. Can consider the fins as not being done until the 8K.
