So is this lauch related to the UAE gold market launch, also today?

Today is great for gold, even if gold has to be pulled down with the meltdown in the DOW.

One great forecast I heard was for gold to go down over the next 6 months, the us dollar to keep rising as we have more deleveraging and closed-down financial arteries, and then...as the lending starts to flow and inflation of money supply starts to overwhelm, gold rises as the US dollar falls.

So live with the dark days ahead for gold, as dawn necessarily follows.

I hope this forum is used more, and that on individual stock forums, like tyhee, there is more company-specific discussion.
