I believe the following could drastically change

the way junior miners raise money in the future.

I e-mailed Frank C. on the subject last Fri.

but have received no response, so will throw

this out to the board for discussion as to if

this could apply to GNH.

A small company,Alexis Minerals (AMC) with a

market cap at the time of $60 Million was able

to arrange financing of $60 million without any

equity issuance and also no hedging required

to put their Snow Lake mine into production.

This for a property with less than 1/2 Million Ozs.

measured & indicated.Maybe I'm getting a little

ahead of things,but if GNH is able to prove up the

100 million tons by Christmas as the company have said is

possible,would we not be in a much better position

than Alexis to raise money in this fashion?Basically

the finance is a simple loan if I am understanding this

correctly.Any thoughts?
