As for your 2 statements today, let me reply to them:

When it comes to financing, the worse time to look for money is when you are out of money as the vultures will beat your price down and force you to do a very cheap private placement where they get a great deal and us current shareholders get diluted like crazy. So, even though we have 5-6 months of money at our current burn rate, we are slipping in dangerous territory here. 6 months of cash is usually viewed as a minimum that a company wants to have...and we are there! Frank Candido is a very smart man and knows we are getting close to crunch time. The new listing was good this morning and now when we release assays, assuming they are good, it will be harder for anyone to hold our price down with us being on 2 good exchanges.

As for a bank loan, that is not even in the realm of possibilities at this point. We need what is called a 43-101 resource estimate with a level of confidence of reserves or possibly indicated resource for any bank to entertain a loan. We are no where near getting our 43-101 resource estimate at this time. In 12 months, with alot of hard work, things may be very different, but for now, we will have to rely on equity financing which means dilution for us. How much dilution will depend on the next set of assays.
