If 18 cents doesnt hold then its really bad.. 18 cents is a decent resistance and it seems to be holding so far.. Not huge volume on this sell off so thats a not bad sign as well. It was very clear that when the 28 cents rally didnt hold a few weeks ago that it was going to test 18 cents sooner or later. Lets see how it holds it maybe a bottom.
P.s i was watching a corporate presentation for another explorer on the weekend and the geologist stated that with 1400 an ounce gold .2g/t is the cut off grade for open pit mining if its obviously shallow enough gold. IS this true? we are now at 1500 an oucne and climbing.
if .2 g/t is the cut off then a lot of those areas GNH has that are really low grades which everyone hates maybe economical? or does it depend on the deposit type?
