Ya, but if you're Osisko, you can use the Rail and ship the ore up to the Malartic mining operations, they now have a really big mill. Oh ya, we have all the infrastructure already in place. hum..? That certainly adds alot of value to the situ!

Oh, and for those who haven't been following Quebec's Northern Plan for mining, those darn Indians are already starting to cause concern for investors and development. What's that, oh ya, GNH will never have any of those aboriginal issues, it's a non issue.
