Company has a 9 million dollar market cap. Not too surprising that people are getting fed up. Look at the burn rate and then look at how much of that is fixed costs? I own a bunch of stock in a company and Westface is a major shareholder. Nothing like an activist with skin in the game to keep management focused.

If this is a credible revolt then it is good for the company.
