I don't believe that is correct Sailorman. The company still has cash and as long as they don't accumulate payables beyond thier available cash the company still has some assets and there is a shelf value to any public company. I would not be shocked to see the sp drop lower though. there is nothing to keep it where it is now.

Some-one needs to put together a plan and act on it. That plan should include making sure that the employee severance costs don't end up creating the bankruptcy. What are the unfunded liabilities?
