I am not Larry: but I can tell you it means we give the power to the board to do this 30 to 1 split: Then the board has the right to go ahead when they please, if they please.

Having said that: they would never go through with this if they did not plan to actully do it:

Laslty, I can also tell you that the decision to start down this path of a 30 to 1 split was NOT unanimous.

It's a very bad and dangerous stratagy!

Because of the fact that it is so aggressive, they need shareholder approval.

I only ask all shareholders to take the time and VOTE!
