With this merger, the new AUMN will have an approxmiate MC of $600M+-

What if ECU had put out a share offering of 350m shares at $.75 cents..this would be $262M+-...take off 10% for expenses, leaving $235M+- Cash.

In the offering explain a use for the Funds to Bring yearly Mine production up to 10M+ ounces silver eq, and also, for further proving up more of their possible 1 Billion ounce silver eq. and operating expenses until in full production.

This would still leave a $600M+- market cap company.

Then, Even with a reverse split of 1/10...the outstanding shares would be around 60M+-

producing 10M ounces/yr, The SP could easily go to $30+...who knows
