For years, I've listened to naysayers complain of the following:

1. Too much debt

2. Lousy balance sheet/no cash

3. Weak production team

4. Too many shares issued

5. Shorts take advantage of the large float

6. No Institutional or analytical support

7. Will have to do an offering and dilute the stock

8. Blah-blah-blah....

Well, now we can throw all of those "complaints" out the window!

This is a very prudent merger which will pay off in spades, given time.
