The more I watch this on a daily basis - the more I am starting to wonder if we are headed toward a deflationary depression. Maybe the market is going to demand higher interest rates which may commence the great crash and debt default.

Just depressing to watch these junior miners day after day . . .they seem to trade as if interest rates are already 7-10% and there will never be any capital available for new mining activies.

I wonder where the Dow and average home price would be if the average 30% fixed mortgage was 7.5 to 8%. I wouldn't be surprised if both were 35 - 50% lower if rates were at those levels today.

Sorry - just feeling very down today. . .
