I hope not, if so this may mean the big boys who are too big to fail may continue to have their way. This crap is starting to get to me, I've been patiently waiting for years and years for this sector to turn around. Was hoping to enjoy some early retirement by now but had to go back to work. This sucks big time. Please can someone paint a brighter picture for me than what I am currently seeing.
