Obviously, you make valid points.  What was left to "negotiate," because the properties and price were fixed?  Ironically, I was hoping it would not go through because silver is $3/oz. higher than when they announced it.  Now, I'm bewildered.  Murphy has 2 calls into K Winkler but she has not returned them since Monday.

AUMN is currently at the 3 day Beaver Creek, CO conference until tomorrow.  They also just returned from the HC Wainwright conference in NY.  So, there should be plenty of prospective miners  to meet with about either Valardena or El Quevar.  They also plan to attend the San Francisco Silver and Gold Summit Oct. 27-28.
