I do not believe it includes the oxide mill because that is being leased by Hecla and the arrangement remains status quo with the AUMN lease to Hecla's subsidiary thru 2020.

However, I'm not sure whether the Rodeo transfer includes the SULFIDE Mill or not.  I will try to find out and report back.
