It will happen nodrog, there have simply been a number of things under discussion / negotiation that preclude management from pulling thr trigger. Right now they seem to be holding a hand of strength and can afford to continue to play the game without showing it.

This latest news release and their owning up to the fact that there are a number of majors visiting the property (these are NOT 1st time visits) is more significant than it seems. Additionally there is direct mention of NORTH AMERICAN securities companies - some things are changing.
